Do you provide Direct billing?

Yes! We provide direct billing to most major extended health insurance companies as a complimentary service to you, so that you can focus on the treatment part :)

In some cases, even though eligible for coverage, your company will not allow a claim to be submitted on your behalf. Though we are happy to provide direct billing when we can, if your claim is not accepted, you will be required to pay the whole or partial balance at the time of service. Please be properly informed on your policy and coverages to ovoid any misunderstanding. Our admin team will gladly submit to your primary or secondary plan, but will submit only one claim per session, unless both the primary and secondary plan are under PBC.

  • We bill directly to Pacific Blue Cross for all Registered Massage Therapy & Acupuncture treatments.

    At this time we are awaiting approval from PBC to direct bill for all Registered Clinical Counselling Services.

  • We bill directly to Medavie Blue Cross for all Registered Massage Therapy, Acupuncture & Registered Clinical Counselling services.

    Please note: MOST MEDAVIE PLANS REQUIRE A DR NOTE OR APPROVED TREATMENT PLAN ON FILE.

  • Sunlife allows us to bill directly for Registered Massage Therapy & Registered Acupuncture services.

  • We bill directly to Green Shield for all Registered Massage Therapy, Acupuncture & Registered Clinical Counselling services.

  • eClaims is a widely used submission portal which serves many major companies such as: Manulife, CanadaLife, Johnston group & more. View the comprehensive list here.

    We bill directly to Telus eClaims for all Registered Massage Therapy, Acupuncture & Registered Clinical Counselling services.

  • At this time we do not offer direct billing to ICBC, however some of our Registered Massage Therapists are "partially opted in" to ICBC which means they will accept patients with open ICBC claims & submit the required treatment plans to your adjuster, though you will be required to pay for your services in full and submit your receipt to ICBC for reimbursement.

  • We do not currently accept or bill directly for WSBC claims.
