Run & Social Club
We’ll meet at the track and begin each session with a group-led warm-up, followed by an easy, social run format. For those who are interested, we’ll also offer optional skills and technique drills focused on pacing, stride, and running efficiency. We’ll always finish with a guided cool-down to support recovery and injury prevention.
All experience levels are welcome. Whether you’re new to running, returning after time away, or looking to refine your technique, you’re invited to participate at your own pace. Guidance and coaching are optional and adaptable, with opportunities to ask questions or receive general feedback from our athletics coach and Registered Massage Therapists throughout the session.
