  • There is very little you need to do to prepare for your first Manual Osteopathy session. We recommend wearing comfortable, loose-fitting clothing, as treatments are performed fully clothed and involve gentle, hands-on techniques.

    Please arrive a few minutes early to allow time for your intake and assessment. If you have any relevant medical reports, imaging, or notes from other healthcare providers, you’re welcome to bring them, though they are not required.
