This 2 hour workshop channels the vibrant energy of the “fiery season” through the lens of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), blending education, sensory experiences, and introspective practices to help you fully embody the energy of summer.
Through a mix of education, seasonal food tasting, journaling, and a customized at-home movement sequence, participants will explore the emotional and physical themes of summer— like authentic communication, heartfelt expression, and the alchemy of transforming emotion into wisdom. We'll also touch on how to support heart health and maintain emotional regulation to keep joy flowing and bitterness at bay.
