Preparing our Bodies for Autumn with TCM
Refine your Autumn season with reflection, self esteem, and grace.
This 2-hour workshop embraces the introspective energy of Autumn through the wisdom of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM). Together we’ll explore the inward-moving nature of the season, also making way for a harmonious winter.
Through a mix of education, seasonal food tasting, journaling, and a customized at-home movement sequence, participants will explore the emotional and physical themes of Autumn — such as letting go, cultivating authenticity, and finding strength in simplicity. We’ll touch on supporting the lungs and immune system, balancing nervous system health, and developing rituals that foster grounding and resilience as the days shorten.
Expect a calm, contemplative space rooted in community, where shared reflection and meaningful conversation are welcome. This workshop is designed to help you align with the natural cycles of the season, refining your inner and outer world, so you can carry only what truly sustains you into the quiet of winter.
