Increase your confidence and your at-home “toolkit” for managing ligamentous injuries! In this hands on session, you’ll learn the theory behind using Kinesiology Tape as a home care approach.

    Understand the theory behind tape tension, direction, and placement to support ligamentous and muscular injuries.

    Practice taping protocols for various areas of the body, tailored to common strains and sprains.

Join us for a restorative and intimate community acupuncture session set in a quiet, forested haven in the Errington/Coombs area. Surrounded by trees, birdsong, and the gentle rhythm of the earth, this special offering weaves together acupuncture, guided meditation, and live sound healing to promote deep relaxation, grounding, and connection to self and nature.

This small group experience (maximum 8 participants) invites you to unwind, reset your nervous system, and align with the natural rhythms of the forest.

Investment: $65 + GST per attendee | Eligible for submission to your extended health insurance (R.Ac. receipt provided).

What to Bring:

  • Mat, blanket, pillows — anything to help you rest comfortably on the forest floor

  • Water bottle

  • Loose, comfortable clothing

  • Optional: Journal + pen for integration time after meditation
